The Retreat at Valley View is a 12-acre Texas Hill Country getaway between Comfort and Sisterdale and central to Boerne and Fredericksburg. Your hosts are Gary and Kathy. We may not meet during your visit but our goal is for you to have a “beyond expectations” stay.

The main building is what we call the Gathering Room – an 875 sq ft space with central air and heat, a full kitchen, and lots of seating.

The kitchen includes a 32” four-burner stove with oven and a medium sized microwave. The fridge/freezer is 20 cu ft with an ice maker. Dishes, flatware, a variety of pots and pans, etc. are provided. Incorporated in this building is a full bathroom with shower.

The sleeping building is bunkhouse-style, consisting of two separate bunk rooms, also with central air and heat.

One bunk room has four twin-sized bunk beds and the other has a queen and two bunks. All bunk beds are extra-long (84"). The sleeping arrangements for eight are "family friendly." Each bunk room has its own coffee bar area stocked with coffee, cream & sugar. The bunk rooms share a "Jack & Jill" style common bathroom with large shower and bath essentials.

Though rural in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, the convenience of wireless internet in both buildings as well as smart televisions in the bunkrooms are provided.
